These terms apply to [9two5.online] and to everything you 
buy from us. By using this site or placing an order, you 
accept them.

Who we are

Our products

Every piece we sell is 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver 
by weight, alloyed as the standard requires. We do not sell 
plated, filled, or mixed-metal jewellery.

Silver oxidises over time. This is normal and reversible with 
cleaning. It is not a defect.

Weights listed are accurate to within a small manufacturing 
tolerance. Photographs are shot as accurately as we can manage, 
but colour may vary slightly between screens.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.

Our prices move with the silver rate. The price you pay is the 
price shown at the time you place your order.

We are prepaid only. Payment is processed by Razorpay.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed 
only when we send you an order confirmation.

We may cancel an order and refund you in full if the item is 
out of stock, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if we 
suspect fraud.

Shipping, returns and buyback

Covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form 
part of these terms.

Buyback

We buy back any 9two5 piece at the prevailing silver rate on 
the day of buyback, for as long as you own it.

The piece must be identifiably ours and structurally intact. 
Buyback is calculated on silver weight at market rate; it does 
not include the making charge you originally paid. We will tell 
you the exact amount before you send anything.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself. 
You're responsible for activity under your account.

Our content

The images, text, logo, and design on this site belong to us. 
Don't reuse them commercially without asking.

Liability

We're responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the 
condition described. We're not liable for indirect losses, or 
for damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear.

Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute 
falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of [City].

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time 
of your order is the one that applies.
